Dr.med.
W.L. (59) from Germany, medical District Director of the Public Health
Authority:
I was suffering from Hypertension (180/120 mm/Hg) for 10-15 years.
(WHO: Higher than 140/90 mm/Hg = Hypertension). The medication - I needed 5
different pills per day - reduced it, but impaired my physical and mental fitness.
3 months ago, I started to follow Dr. Schnitzer’s recommendations and stopped
all medication. My blood pressure after 4 weeks: 135/95 mm/Hg; after 8 weeks:
132/92 mm/Hg; afer 12 weeks: 125/88 mm/Hg. Additional health changes I observed:
Significant improvement of my fitness and joy of living, relief from all symptoms
(already after 4 weeks). I feel 20 years younger, and I’m stronger in every
respect, perhaps more than ever before. This key to improve the population’s
health should get the highest priority within the public health authorities and
services.
Mr. M. G.
(38) from Ireland:
20 months ago, I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type I. My
blood sugar level was between 288 and 340 mg/dl (Normal: 70-110 mg/dl). My
HbA1c was 12.9 %. (Normal: 5.0 – 6.5 %). It was the loss of fitness for flying
and the end of my dream to fly. The doctor said: „You will end up on Insulin.“
16 months ago, I started to follow Dr. Schnitzer’s recommendations. My doctor
didn’t support me much: „... but you can try it.“ Already 4 weeks later, the
blood sugar level was between 75 and 177 mg/dl. 1 year later, it was between 83
and 244 mg/dl, the HbA1c was 6.4 %. Now, 16 months following about 80 % of Dr.
Schnitzer’s recommendations, my blood sugar level is between 97 and 234 mg/dl,
my HbA1c is 6,5 %. When having checkup for pilot’s medical, the aviation
physician stated: „Actually you are not diabetic.“ Meanwhile I finished
successfully my training as a private pilot.
